What happens when you call.
- You call (630) 555-0199 and Priya or Marisol in the office answers. Three questions about the roof, then a visit booked for that week.
- With your okay, one of us goes up, photographs every slope and valley, and shows you the photos before leaving the driveway. If you would rather nobody climbs, we measure from the ground and the estimate says so.
- The written estimate is in your email within two business days. Itemized, one total, good for thirty days. The number on the paper is the number you pay.
- On build day the crew is on site at seven. Tear-off to the deck, rotten decking swapped at the per-sheet price printed on the estimate, ice and water shield at the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, then the shingle you picked. Most houses are closed up by dark.
- We run the magnet over the lawn and driveway twice, haul the dumpster, and email the finished-roof photo set and the warranty paperwork that night.

- Do you need to get on my roof to give me a price?
- Only with your permission. We ask before the ladder goes up, photograph every slope, and show you the photos before we leave. If you would rather nobody climbs, we measure from the ground and the photos, and the estimate says so.
- How fast is the written estimate?
- Within two business days of the visit, by email, itemized. If you need it sooner for a closing, say so on the call and we move it up.
- What happens after a storm?
- Call us. If water is coming in, a crew comes out the same day or the next morning to tarp the open spots. We photograph the damage, write up the repair, and hand you the photos and the estimate to use however you need to. We do not go on the roof until you say so.
- How long does a replacement take?
- A single-family house with one layer of shingles takes one day with the full crew. Two layers, a steep pitch or a lot of dormers can push it to two. We tell you which before we start, and the roof is never left open overnight.
- What does the license number on this page mean?
- Illinois requires anyone roofing for pay to hold a state roofing contractor license. The Residential class covers one- to six-unit residential roofs.
